Tips

In most appointment, an employee will be put on probation for a certain period which may be extended by a further period if the company or employer finds it necessary. A confirmation in writing to the employee is necessary upon satisfactory completion of the probation period. This is an example of a confirmation letter to your employee. Print it on your company letterhead. That will works.
