   Tenancy/Lease List of Inventory

Tips

This Tenancy List of Inventory is an attachment for the Tenancy Agreement. This attachment will list out the Electrinicity and Water Meter reading as at an agreed date. This include any fittings, fixtures and furnitures in the premises. This is useful especially if any dispute arises from the above matters in the future.

STAMPING: Prepare two (2) copies of the Tenancy Agreement together with this List of Inventory. Get these Agreements stamp by the Inland Revenue Board or Jabatan Hasil Dalam Negeri of your area. The normal stamp-duty is around RM20.00 (Both Tenancy Agreement and List of Inventory).

COPY OF AGREEMENT: The Landlord should have the original copy of the Stamp Document and the Tenant the duplicate copy of the Stamp Document. Both should keep your Tenancy Agreement in your safe deposti box or place.
