Tips Under the Employment Act 1955 (Act 265), an Employment Agreement must be in writing if the employment is to exceed 1 month. An Employment Agreement must contain certain terms and conditions. This avoids the dispute over when the raise is due or how much vacation was agreed to by the parties. It also forces the parties to determine the exact nature of the job.
